Jen Brown

Jen Brown was born in Provo, Utah. She attended Woods Cross High School and then graduated from Weber State University in microbiology. She moved to Omaha, Nebraska to attend Creighton Dental School. She graduated in 2004 and then moved with her husband Mike back to Bountiful. They have five boys which are the purpose and joy of their lives.

Jen began her community work in the arena of protecting children from pornography. She worked on several bills including the resolution that declared pornography to be a public health crisis. She wrote a paper regarding the unique impact sexually explicit material has on the adolescent brain which was published in the Journal of Adolescents. She traveled to Switzerland to present her paper at the World Congress of Neurology and also participated in the Bountiful TEDx event. She was the director of the Safe Internet for Utah Kid’s campaign. Her desire to protect the youth from destructive influences motivates her to participate in and influence public policy.

Jen has been the president of United Women’s Forum and Davis County Republican Women where she has made many cherished friendships. She is a member of the Davis Chamber of Commerce and participates in the Legislative Affairs Committee.

Jen was born with a deep patriotism and love of the Constitution and the freedoms it protects. She felt motivated to organize Utah Citizens for the Constitution and The Constitution Education Foundation to preserve liberty for the next generation.
